SOULfusion: Think "PiYo With Light Hand Weights"
WHO IS THIS FOR? Intermediate to Advanced Students (Hands Touch the Mat Often)
This "PiYo 2.0" format combines yoga-inspired flows, cardio bursts, mobility, and body & light hand weight training all into one magical experience!
SOULstrength: Alternating Strength & Cardio Sections
SOULstrength is a creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility, and core strength exercises. The variety keeps your body and brain guessing so you never get bored!

Q: I can't always make it to the live classes. Are they also available on-demand?
A: Yes! Every class remains on-demand and is tagged by topic so you can easily find what you're looking for. And if you show up a few minutes late to class, you can rewind to the start so you don't miss a thing! Be sure to say "hello" when you arrive so I can give you a shoutout and welcome you to class!
Q: What equipment do I need for the workouts (in addition to water and a towel to wipe sweat with)?
A:
Q: Is there a lot of jumping in these workouts?
A: There are occasionally cardio moves that include some jumping, but I always show an alternative option so no jumping is required!
Q: Can you explain the difficulty level of each class?
A: In order from most "beginner-friendly" to the most advanced:
1) Wednesday's 30-Minute "No Hands on the Mat" PiYo for Beginners
Super friendly for anyone and everyone - great place to start!
2) Friday's 30-Minute BARREfusion & SOULstrength Classes (They Alternate)
These "hands off the mat" 30-minute workouts are challenging yet beginner-friendly.
3) Sunday's 40-Minute Flowy PiYo
This ahhhhh-mazing workout is stretchy and restorative and feels absolutely awesome. There are some sun salutations so it's not 100% standing, but mostly beginner-friendly
4) Thursday's 45-Minute BARREfusion
This class moves quickly but give it a few tries and you will catch on and LOVE it! Mostly standing exercises, this workout is modifiable by using lighter hand weights or no hand weights at all!
5) Monday's 45-Minute SOULstrength
You can choose how easy or difficult you make this "weights and cardio workout" by adjusting how much weight you use and how "all out" you go on the cardio moves. I show modifications and encourage you to make it your own.
6) Tuesday's 60-Minute SOULfusion
SUCH AN AWESOME WORKOUT!! This gorgeous workout lengthens and strengthens our bodies & the time flies by! We go from standing to hands on the mat in a plank or down dog frequently which increases the difficulty level.
7) Saturday Morning PiYo
Similar to Tuesday's SOULfusion class, the up/down/up/down portions make it less beginner-friendly. Many members have started with the beginner workouts and then graduated to the more intense versions. As always, I encourage you to do what you can do, keep showing up, and soon you will be doing more and more!
Q: How would I be able to get your workouts onto my big TV?
Easy-peasy! Make sure your TV is connected to a streaming device (example: Apple TV, Chromecast, Samsung TV, Amazon Fire TV or Android TV), or has built in streaming capabilities, and is on the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. Tap the video to open the video player and tap the rectangle in the top right of the video. Select the TV you'd like to play the video to - BAM!
